Erica has a Master of Applied Psychology from the University of Queensland. She has experience with a wide age range, from primary school-aged children to adolescents, adults and older adults. Erica has experience practising in a range of settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals and mental health community services. Working from a strengths-based approach, Erica strives to provide flexible, integrative therapy to meet the needs of her clients. She uses therapy approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and interpersonal therapy, and is interested in narrative therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Erica has researched the power of social connections to positively influence health, and enjoys helping people to foster stronger social networks. Erica is interested in working with a broad range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, and adjustment difficulties. She enjoys working with those from diverse backgrounds, and with all ages from five years to older adults.
